The Sleep Reset Intensive Workshop with Hypnotherapy & TRE
Join us for a deeply restorative 3.5 hour workshop designed to gently, but profoundly, reset your relationship with sleep. Blending the transformative power of hypnotherapy with the nervous-system recalibration of TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), this immersive experience supports you in accessing deeper rest, reclaiming healthy sleep rhythms, and calming both body and mind.
We are delighted to welcome renowned hypnotherapist Zoe Clews, who, with 20 years’ clinical experience, is known as one of the UK’s leading hypnotherapists.
Zoe specialises in C/PTSD, trauma, anxiety, and long-held emotional patterns. With a wealth of experience and hundreds of client reviews acknowledging her compassionate, effective approach, Zoe brings hands-on expertise in helping people feel safe, supported, and ready for change.
Part 1: Hypnotherapy for Sleep, led by Zoe Clews
We begin with a gentle, guided hypnotherapy session led by Zoe.
Hypnotherapy works directly with the subconscious mind - the place where old habits, fears, and sleep-blocking patterns often live.
By shifting our inner state from hypervigilance to calm receptivity, hypnotherapy helps to:
Soothe the subconscious mind
Rewire long-standing stress responses
Re establish healthy sleep hygiene and supportive behavioural patterns
Create a felt experience of safety and ease that the body can return to night after night (you will also get a recording of the session you can play every night before sleep as part of your new routine)
This session sets the foundation for deeper rest by preparing the mind to let go, soften, and ease into a more regulated state.
Part 2: TRE® for Integration & Nervous System Reset
Following hypnotherapy, you’ll move into TRE®, facilitated by me, Luke Mullen, to help the body integrate the work and settle into a grounded, parasympathetic state.
TRE® is a powerful somatic tool that uses natural neurogenic tremors to help the body discharge tension, recalibrate the nervous system, and shift out of “fight-or-flight” into “rest-and-digest.” This is where true sleep restoration begins.
TRE® supports:
Nervous system regulation
Release of accumulated stress and stored tension
Deeper embodiment and felt safety
Integration of new insights (from Zoe’s session) and therapeutic shifts
Because TRE® works physiologically rather than cognitively, it pairs beautifully with hypnotherapy, creating an internal environment where the body can reset, process, and digest new information in a sustainable way.
A Workshop Held with Care, Collaboration & Choice
This event is presented in affiliation with The Held Space, an organisation dedicated to bringing skilled, therapists together (experts in their field) to offer accessible, integrated healing experiences. Through the alchemy of hypnotherapy and somatic work, participants are invited into a compassionate environment where they can explore, unwind, and reconnect with what feels safe and appropriate for their own journey.
