6-Week Online TRE Course — A Supportive Journey into Embodied Ease
Starts Sunday 11th January, 5:00–6:30pm (Weekly)
This 6-week online course is designed for both those completely new to TRE and those who wish to deepen and stabilise their tremor practice. We will be working as the same group throughout, which supports familiarity, safety, and trust — allowing the body to relax and open gradually, without needing to re-establish foundation each time.
What is TRE?
TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a gentle, body-based method that supports the body in accessing its natural tremor or shaking reflex. This reflex is something all mammals are born with — a built-in way to release stress, discharge stored tension, and restore balance to the nervous system.
When life has been overwhelming or stressful, the body may continue to hold unconscious protective patterns of tightness or vigilance. TRE gives the body a way to let go, from the inside, without force or pressure, and without needing to process everything cognitively.

Practicing Online, Together
Although we will meet online, practicing in a group is deeply supportive.
Shared presence helps us:

Learn from others’ sensations and experiences
Normalize what arises as the practice unfolds
And simultaneously, you are in the comfort of your own home, which often allows the body to soften more easily.

Course Schedule & Details
6 Consecutive Sundays
January 11th – February 22nd
5:00pm – 6:30pm (UK time)
Online via Zoom
Group Size: Maximum 12 participants (to ensure individual support)
Course Fee: £75 total for the full 6-week series
Each Session Includes
Guided TRE practice at a gentle pace
Space for questions, reflection, or sharing (always optional)
Support in navigating deeper tremor patterns safely
Guidance for ongoing practice between sessions
By the end of the six weeks, most people find that accessing the tremor mechanism becomes natural, familiar, and easy, allowing TRE to become a supportive part of their wellbeing toolkit.
