Fluid Mind Line: Awakening the Intelligence of the Psoas

A 2-Hour TRE® Workshop

In this immersive two-hour workshop, you are invited to explore the fluid mind line of the body - a living, sensing continuum that moves through your core and expresses how you meet life. At the heart of this exploration is the psoas, often called a muscle, yet experienced here as something far more: a responsive, perceptive, emotionally intelligent organ of awareness.

The Psoas: More Than a Muscle

The psoas is deeply integrated with the nervous system. It listens. It feels. It responds.
When life feels safe, it lengthens, spirals, and explores.
When there is threat or overwhelm, it contracts, braces, and protects.

Like an octopus in water-curious, sensing, adapting-the psoas reaches into our internal and external environment. It explores and expresses joy, creativity, and connection. It also knows how to pull back, hold tight, and guard when the world feels too much.

In this workshop, we explore how expansive and contractive states are not problems to fix, but intelligent responses. The psoas sits at the centre of this core intelligence, shaping posture, movement, emotion, and perception.

Returning to Natural Fluidity

We came from water.
Our internal environment is water, space, electricity, rhythm.

When the body is allowed to move with fluidity, it remembers something ancient and natural. Expressing fluidity is not about “doing” more-it’s about allowing the body to return to its original language. Through gentle exploration, you’ll sense how the psoas softens, ripples, or trembles as it releases patterns of holding and reconnects to flow.

The Power of the Innate Tremor Reflex (TRE®)

This workshop introduces and guides the innate tremor reflex-a natural mechanism already built into the human body. Tremoring is not something we create; it’s something we allow.
